Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Gender: Male

Age: 22–35 Years

Qualification: Graduate – Science / Engineering

What We’re Looking For:

2–5 years of experience in Process Training

Retail background is mandatory

Fluent in local language, English & Hindi – Read, Write & Speak

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Strong soft skills and service-oriented attitude

Physically fit & willing to travel extensively

Open to working across different clusters & regions

Preferably based in Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct process training, refresher & skill-building programs
• Deliver field training as per client requirements
• Monitor trainee quality & performance during OJT/Nesting
• Prepare and submit MIS, training & field reports
• Ensure timely completion of required documentation
• Support achievement of client quality & performance goals

Ideal Candidate:

A confident, energetic and people-oriented trainer with strong retail knowledge, excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel.
