Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, or Procurement will be preferred.

Experience:

• 68 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in IT/ITES or Electronics.
• Strong experience in vendor management, contract negotiations, and procurement planning.
• Experience in managing procurement activities in IT/ITES services.
• Exposure to large-scale procurement operations and multi-vendor environments will be preferred.

Role Summary:

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely sourcing and purchasing of goods and services at the best quality, cost, and delivery terms.

The role will involve vendor management, contract negotiations, cost optimization, procurement planning, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor selection.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and service agreements with vendors.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services to support business operations.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality, delivery, and cost commitments.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and future planning needs.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contractual obligations, and statutory requirements.
• Manage purchase orders, procurement records, contracts, and vendor documentation.
• Track procurement budgets and support cost-control initiatives.
• Evaluate and onboard new vendors based on business requirements and procurement standards.
• Maintain vendor performance records and conduct periodic vendor evaluations.
• Prepare procurement reports, MIS, dashboards, and other management reports.
• Support management in developing procurement strategies and improving overall procurement efficiency.
