Urgent opening For Payment Collection Specialist - Accounts Receivable

Job Description:
Control Print Limited is looking for an Accounts Receivable Executive to manage customer payment collections, ensure timely cash inflow, and maintain accurate accounts receivable records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers and collect payments before due date
• Achieve monthly collection targets
• Maintain DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) within target limits
• Reconcile AR ledgers with the general ledger
• Resolve customer queries related to invoices and payments
• Maintain records of customer interactions and payment status
• Ensure TDS and GST compliance
• Support audit-related queries and prepare internal reports
• Manage a portfolio of 500 to 600 customer accounts

Desired Candidate Profile:

• B.Com graduate
• 2 to 3 years of experience in collections/payment follow-up
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic knowledge of TDS and GST
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
