Urgent Opening For Key Account Manager - Ecommerce

Key Responsibilities

• Own the P&L (Profit & Loss) of the E-Commerce & Quick Com business and deliver sales, margin and profitability targets.

• Manage and grow business across key E-Commerce accounts and quick commerce platforms.

• Build strong relationships with category managers and account managers of E-Commerce partners.

• Prepare annual, quarterly and monthly business plans, sales forecasts and growth strategies.

• Drive new product listings, assortment expansion and catalogue accuracy across platforms.

• Plan and execute promotions, visibility campaigns, pricing and trade investments to maximize ROI.

• Monitor sales performance, fill rates, stock availability, inventory health and order fulfilment.

• Track account profitability, claims, deductions and commercial reconciliations.

• Analyse sales, traffic, conversion, ROI and competitor performance through regular MIS and dashboards.

• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance and Operations teams for seamless execution.

• Lead and guide the E-Commerce Executive(s) to achieve business objectives.
