Job Description

• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs for new joiners.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives, events, and wellness programs.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and benefits.
• Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files with accuracy.
• Support performance management processes and follow up on appraisal documentation.
• Assist in grievance handling and employee relations activities under the guidance of senior HRBP.
• Coordinate with recruitment teams for interview scheduling, candidate onboarding, and joining formalities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, code of conduct, and HR processes.
• Support HR audits, compliance documentation, and statutory records.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards related to headcount, attrition, attendance, and employee engagement.

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HRMS tools.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information responsibly.
