Key Requirement:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong English fluency and the ability to communicate confidently and effectively with students, parents, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business verticals and functions.
• Understand hiring requirements and work closely with hiring managers to identify suitable profiles.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, and other relevant channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
• Contribute to improving sourcing strategies and overall hiring processes.

Requirements :

• 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Proactive, organised, and target-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
