Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle and HR operations.
• Handle onboarding, documentation, confirmation and exit formalities.
• Manage attendance, leave and payroll inputs through GreytHR.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRMS data.
• Address and resolve employee grievances and queries.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Support performance management and appraisal processes.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and statutory requirements.
• Prepare HR MIS and reports.
• Coordinate with management and various departments on HR-related matters.

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of HR Operations and Generalist activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS (GreytHR or any HRMS is preferred)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
