Position: Finance & Legal Manager

Qualification: - (CA + LL.B)

Experience: 3-4 years of experience in the Real Estate Developer industry.

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage company finance, accounting, budgeting, and cash flow.

2 . Review and monitor financial planning, audits, and MIS reports.

3. Handle legal documentation related to real estate projects.

4. Draft, review, and discuss agreements, contracts, MOUs, and other legal documents.

5. Coordinate with legal, accounts, liaisoning, and management teams.

6. Ensure compliance with RERA, company laws, and other applicable regulations.

7. Support management in financial and legal decision-making.

Eligibility

1. Qualification: both a Chartered Accountant (CA) and an LL.B (Mandatory).

2. Strong knowledge of finance, taxation, compliance, and real estate legal documentation.

3. Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
