Role & responsibilities

Provide excellent customer support through email and phone.
• Understand customer requirements and connect them with the right Company products and solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, R&D, Technical Support, Customer Service, and Logistics.
• Manage customer inquiries, maintain documentation, and ensure timely resolution.
• Build strong customer relationships and enhance customer experience.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and sustainability goals.
Preferred Profile:
• Candidates with customer service/customer-facing experience.
• Science/Chemistry educational background is highly preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and work in a multicultural environment.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Comfortable working from the office 5 days a week.
Regular work schedule of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
