Role & responsibilities

• Perform SAP/ERP transactions for Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), stock transfer, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Update and maintain inventory and warehouse records in the system.
• Prepare delivery challans, invoices, dispatch documents, GRN, stock reports, and other warehouse documentation.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing material and ensure system records match physical stock.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Transporters, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Track shipments, deliveries, pending orders, and dispatch status.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports using MS Excel.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies related to stock, quantity, documentation, or system transactions.
• Support stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of warehouse transactions.
• Ensure transactions are completed accurately and within the required timelines.
• Follow warehouse SOPs, safety requirements, and company processes
