Role & responsibilities

• Perform daily data entry and transaction processing in SAP.
• Create, update, and maintain records related to inventory, materials, orders, receipts, and dispatches.
• Prepare invoices, delivery documents, purchase/order-related documents, and other operational records.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchase, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams for system-related activities.
• Monitor stock/system data and highlight discrepancies to the concerned team.
• Handle basic computer operations including MS Excel, Word, email, and data management.
• Support reconciliation of physical records with SAP/system data.
• Follow company procedures for data confidentiality and accuracy.
