AI Domain Architect

Were looking for an AI Domain Architect to build the semantic and reasoning foundation that powers AI across PrismHR’s PEO, HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Compliance platforms.

As part of the AI Domain Team, you'll define ontologies, agent workflows, AI patterns, and governance standards that enable scalable, trustworthy, and compliant AI solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design enterprise ontologies, knowledge models, and semantic frameworks.
• Build AI agent workflows, reasoning patterns, and decision frameworks.
• Define strategies for RAG, fine-tuning, model evaluation, and AI governance.
• Create reusable AI patterns, accelerators, and proof-of-concepts.
• Partner with product teams to drive AI adoption and enterprise standards.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years in Software Engineering, Architecture, or AI Platform development.
• Experience with LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, Fine-tuning, and AI Evaluation.
• Expertise in Ontology Design, Knowledge Graphs, or Domain Modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft AI Foundry and Azure AI Services.
• Strong understanding of enterprise-scale cloud architecture and governance.
• Ability to influence technical direction across teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience in PEO, HCM, Payroll, Benefits, or Compliance domains.
• Knowledge of RDF, OWL, SHACL, Knowledge Graphs, or semantic technologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Agent Framework, MCP, and Snowflake Cortex AI.
