Job Description

EuroSchool Dombivli, part of Lighthouse Learning, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admissions Counsellor to manage the end-to-end school admission process and drive student enrolment.

The ideal candidate should have experience in school admissions or education sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert prospective parent enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete admission process, from initial enquiry to final enrolment.
• Handle walk-in, telephonic and online enquiries from prospective parents.
• Conduct school tours and deliver effective presentations highlighting the school's offerings.
• Manage admission leads and maintain an updated enquiry database.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and conversion of prospective parents.
• Maintain CRM records and track admission pipeline and conversion status.
• Plan and execute parent engagement activities and admission events.
• Achieve assigned admission targets.
• Coordinate with the Accounts and Academic teams for smooth admission processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective parents.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong counselling, sales and negotiation skills.
• Experience in school admissions or education sales.
• Good knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho preferred).
• Strong follow-up and lead management skills.
• Target-oriented approach with good interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Candidate Profile

• Any Graduate.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in school admissions or education sales.
• Candidates from the education sector will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners or candidates available within 30 days will be preferred.
