Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities

1. Parent Counselling & Engagement

• Conduct personalized, informative counselling sessions with prospective parents
• Clearly communicate the schools vision, philosophy, and the benefits of the IB curriculum
• Address queries and guide parents in making informed enrolment decisions

2. End-to-End Admissions Process Management

• Manage the complete admissions lifecycle—from initial inquiry to student onboarding
• Coordinate school tours, orientations, assessments, and parent interactions
• Ensure professional follow-up, timely documentation, and clear communication throughout

3. Application Evaluation

• Review applications and assess student fit in collaboration with academic teams
• Understand the IB learner profile and align evaluations accordingly

4. CRM and Data Management

• Maintain accurate, updated records in CRM platforms
• Generate weekly insights and reports for admissions trends and target tracking
• Build student data profiles to support seamless onboarding

5. Target Achievement

• Meet assigned admissions targets and support fee revenue generation
• Coordinate with the finance team for timely fee follow-ups and reconciliation

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Liaise with academic, marketing, and operations teams to deliver a cohesive experience
• Support events such as Open Houses, Info Sessions, and Community Outreach Programs

7. Market Awareness & Outreach

• Stay informed about trends in IB/international school admissions and parent expectations
• Develop and strengthen partnerships with playschools, corporates, and community groups
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the admissions strategy
