Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in content writing, communication, or marketing.
• Strong command over English with proven experience across formats:
• Short-form, long-form, scripts, and lead-nurturing copy (Email/SMS/WhatsApp).
• Excellent coordination and deadline management capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and manage end-to-end content workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Create clear, persuasive, and well-structured content for digital and print assets campaigns, blogs, mailers, scripts, brochures, and marketing collateral.
  
• Write lead-nurturing communication for WhatsApp, Email, and SMS.
  
• Manage monthly content schedules and deliver all tasks within agreed timelines.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams/clients to understand briefs and deliver accurate, aligned content.
  
• Track basic engagement metrics and refine messaging based on performance insights.
  
• Ensure all content meets brand standards with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  
• Document key learnings, challenges, and best practices to support continuous team improvement.
  
• Support client servicing by capturing requirements clearly, sharing updates promptly, and ensuring smooth communication between content, design, and marketing teams.
