Experience: 2-6Years as MIS Executive

Location: Velachery

Shift: Day

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain employee headcount data on a regular basis
• Prepare Weekly & Monthly HR Dashboard
• Work along with HR departments on the data analytics.
• Provide support and maintenance to existing MIS system.
• Generate and distribute management report in an accurate and timely manner
• Provide recommendation to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency
• Report on operational metrics, conduct data and business analysis, and present summary of findings to management in a clear, concise, convincing, and actionable format

Prepare future trend analytics.

COMPETENCIES / SKILL SET :

• Good verbal and written communication.
• Strong hands on experience in MS Excel, Macros & Power BI.
• Good presentation skills
• Data Science in preferable.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills

Good Team player, Good multitasking, time management and organizational skills.

QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or a related field required; Masters degree preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in the BPO industry is preferred

Healthcare background is added advantage.
