Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma
• Experience: Minimum 3+ Years

Key Skills Required

• Motors, VFD, panel wiring
• Motorized valves & color change valves
• PTED, Conveyor, Ovens & Booth systems
• PLC, HMI, sensors, I/O modules
• Fault finding & troubleshooting
• PTED Process, ASU, DM Plant
• Floor & overhead conveyors (belt & chain type)
• EMS Hangers

Job Responsibilities

• Handling preventive & breakdown maintenance of Paint Shop independently (shift operations)
• Managing breakdowns in equipment such as motors, VFDs, panels, valves, conveyors, ovens, booths, etc.
• Troubleshooting PLC, HMI, sensors & I/O systems
• Knowledge of instruments like level sensors, ultrasonic sensors & interlocks
• Following LOTO procedures and safety practices
• Strong fundamentals in electrical systems (Star Delta, DOL, panel wiring)
• Maintaining logbooks and check sheets in English
• Hands-on experience in PTED, ASU, DM plant & conveyor systems
• Maintenance of lighting, fans, motors and recording readings
