Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales performance of assigned territory, including supermarkets and HORECA channels.
  
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at retail outlets to drive business growth.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue through effective communication with customers.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion into new markets or product lines.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in FMCG industry, preferably in a similar role (Sales Officer).
  
• B.Com degree from any specialization; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Strong understanding of retail operations, particularly in supermarkets and HORECA channels.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
