Job Summary:
Supervise production of PLC, Control, HT/LT, LV Switchgear, and VFD panels to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, safety adherence, and achievement of production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily shop floor panel assembly activities.
• Lead technicians and electricians to meet production schedules.
• Ensure execution as per drawings, BOM, and QA/QC standards.
• Plan manpower and monitor production output.
• Coordinate with Stores, Procurement, Engineering, and QA/QC teams.
• Handle GRN/MRN, material tracking, and stock reconciliation.
• Control material usage, reduce wastage, and ensure availability.
• Maintain production MIS and reports in Excel.
• Resolve technical issues and minimize downtime.
• Ensure safety compliance on shop floor.

Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• experience in PLC, Control, HT/LT, LV Switchgear, and VFD panels (Oil & Gas preferred).
• Strong knowledge of panel assembly and shop floor control.
• Proficient in Excel, GRN/MRN, and material coordination.
