As we expand our digital presence across social media, e-commerce and performance marketing, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Graphic Designer who can create impactful visual content that strengthens our brand identity and drives customer engagement.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Editing

• Create engaging Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts and YouTube videos.
• Edit fashion campaigns, product videos, promotional ads, photoshoot videos and brand films.
• Transform raw footage into polished, high-quality content.
• Handle cutting, sequencing, transitions, speed ramping, slow motion, music synchronization, sound effects and colour correction.
• Create engaging short-form videos with strong hooks in the first 23 seconds.

2. Motion Graphics & Animation

• Create professional motion graphics, animated text, titles and promotional elements.
• Use Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and visual enhancements.
• Develop engaging video advertisements for product launches, sales and marketing campaigns.

3. Graphic Design

• Design social media posts, Instagram creatives, advertising banners, website banners and e-commerce graphics.
• Create sale campaign creatives, festival creatives, product highlights, reel covers and YouTube thumbnails.
• Perform background removal,image retouching, colour correction, compositing and product enhancement.
• Maintain consistent typography, colour schemes, visual hierarchy and brand guidelines.

4. Social Media & Performance Marketing

• Create creative assets for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and digital advertising campaigns.
• Develop creatives for new arrivals, offers, discounts, seasonal campaigns, product benefits and retargeting.
• Understand the difference between brand awareness creatives and conversion-focused advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop fresh creative concepts and improve audience engagement.

Required Skills & Software

• Adobe Premiere Pro: Professional video editing,audio balancing, keyframing, masking, colour correction and export settings.
• Adobe After Effects: Motion graphics, text animation and visual effects.
• Adobe Photoshop: Graphic design, image manipulation, retouching, masking, typography and creative composition.
• Good understanding of fashion aesthetics, product presentation, storytelling and social media trends.
• Strong sense of visual hierarchy, colour combinations, layout design and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Experience & Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in video editing and graphic design.
• Experience in fashion, apparel, lifestyle, e-commerce or digital marketing will be preferred.
• A strong portfolio showcasing both video editing and graphic design work is mandatory.
• Ability to independently execute creative projects from concept to final delivery.
• Good communication skills and the ability to understand creative briefs.

Portfolio Requirements

Candidates must share a portfolio or show previous professional work during the interview. Relevant work should include:

• Fashion videos and Instagram Reels
• Advertisement videos and motion graphics
• Social media creatives and campaign designs
• E-commerce banners and product creatives
• Thumbnails and promotional creatives

Candidates with demonstrated expertise in both video editing and graphic design will be preferred.
