Job Title: Territory Business Manager

Education: Bachelors degree (Graduation)

Experience: 4-6 years of experience in Gold Appraisal, Valuation, Checking and team handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• In-depth knowledge of loan products, lending processes, and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
• Ability to do demand generation in the market and build offline channels.
• Local language proficiency and geography knowledge are preferred.

Persona & skills

• Graduate with 2-5 years of experience in Gold Appraisal and Field Sales
• Handling a team of 2-5 member
• Excellent communication skills
• 2 wheeler and Driving License is mandatory
