• Manage Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint
• Oversee Citrix Infrastructure, Endpoint Security, PKI, DNS/DHCP, SCOM
• Drive automation through PowerShell
• Lead a global team of technology professionals
• Work closely with senior leadership, security, audit, and business stakeholders

Desired Experience:

• 12+ years of overall experience
• Strong expertise in:
• Active Directory & Azure Entra ID
• Microsoft 365 Administration
• Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint
• Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops
• Endpoint Security (Trend Micro/Cortex XDR)
• Windows Server, DNS, DHCP
• PKI & Certificate Management
• ITIL-based Operations Management
• Team management and stakeholder management experience
