Urgent Hiring Sr ERP Functional / Finance Implementation Consultant

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a Senior ERP Functional / Finance Implementation Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Finance ERP implementation projects, not just ERP support. The ideal candidate should have worked on 10-15 large-scale end-to-end ERP implementation projects and possess a solid understanding of accounting and financial business processes.

Must-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience in Finance ERP implementation
• Expertise in SAP FI/CO, Oracle Financials, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Coupa, or similar ERP platforms
• Strong knowledge of:
• P2P (Procure to Pay)
• GL (General Ledger)
• AP (Accounts Payable)
• AR (Accounts Receivable)
• Asset Accounting
• Experience in:
• Business requirement gathering
• Gap analysis
• Functional specification documentation
• ERP configuration and integration
• UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
• User training and post-go-live support
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Excellent English communication skills and a professional personality

Preferred Background

IT/System Integration companies will be highly preferred.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support end-to-end ERP finance implementation projects
• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Configure finance modules and coordinate with technical teams
• Conduct testing, training, and deployment activities
• Provide post-go-live support and process optimization
• Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to deliver successful ERP solutions
