Job Title: SME / Team Lead - Finance & Accounting (R2R)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead finance & accounting operations across Record to Report (R2R)
• Manage month-end close and financial close activities within defined timelines.
• Review and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets.
• Drive Financial Reporting, Business Analysis, and Management Reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and manage teams to ensure high performance and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and manage key operational metrics, including attrition, shrinkage, productivity, and team performance.
• Ensure adherence to process controls, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders and ensure effective communication and service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence across finance processes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 6 to 12+ years of experience in finance & accounting.
• Strong experience in R2R.
• Strong knowledge of month-end close, financial close, P&L and balance sheet analysis.
• Experience in Financial Reporting and Business Analysis.
• Proven experience in team handling and people management.
• Experience managing operational metrics such as attrition, shrinkage, and productivity.
• Strong stakeholder management and client interaction and communication skills.
• Ability to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
