We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Expert with strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC strategy, campaign optimization, and ROAS-driven growth.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of generating profitable revenue, optimizing customer acquisition costs, and scaling advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, Display, and retargeting campaigns.
• Optimize ROAS, CPA, CAC, CPL, conversion rates, revenue, and profitability.
• Manage Google Merchant Center, product feeds, and Shopping campaigns.
• Implement conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API.
• Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Prepare performance reports and analyze campaign results using Looker Studio, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Develop full-funnel marketing strategies and data-driven campaign optimization plans.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7-9+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing / PPC experience.
• Advanced expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong knowledge of Google Shopping, Performance Max, and Google Merchant Center.
• Proven experience managing substantial advertising budgets and scaling profitable campaigns.
• Strong understanding of GA4, conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and strategic thinking skills.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with prior experience in the Travel & Tourism industry will be strongly preferred.

Experience in travel package marketing, holiday packages, hotel bookings, flight bookings, travel lead generation, and customer acquisition will be an advantage.

Candidates with E-commerce, D2C, Hospitality, or Online Retail experience may also be considered.

Portfolio & Performance Proof Mandatory

Candidates must demonstrate previous campaign performance, including advertising spend managed, revenue generated, ROAS achieved, CPA/CAC results, and campaign scaling performance.

Anonymized dashboards, screenshots, reports, and case studies are acceptable.

We need a performance marketing professional who can drive measurable business growth, optimize advertising spend, scale campaigns profitably, and make decisions based on data rather than vanity metrics.
