Welding Equipment (MIG, TIG, Spot, Arc)

TCF Trim, Chassis & Final
Conveyor, DCNR & TCF Line Equipment
Pneumatic, Hydraulic Systems & Hoists

Machine Shop Maintenance
CNC Machines (MAG 640 with Fanuc Controller)
Gantry & SPM Machines, VMC/HMC, Robots
Leak Test, Honing, Washing Machines

Electrical Utility
Compressor, DG, Transformer, LT Operations
Industry EMS 4.0 Knowledge

Qualification:
BE / B.Tech / Diploma Electrical / Electronics

Experience:
BE: 4+ Years
Diploma: 5+ Years

Industry Preference:
Automotive Manufacturing

Key Skills:
PLC Programming & Troubleshooting (Siemens S7 TIA Portal)
VFD, HMI, AC/DC Drives
Shop Maintenance (Paint / BIW / TCF / Machine Shop / Utility)
Pneumatics & Hydraulics
Robotics / CNC (as per role)

Additional Requirements:
Hands-on experience in respective shop
Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
Team handling & shift management
