Role Summary
We are seeking a senior backend developer to design, build, and support scalable Web APIs using ASP.NET Core and C#. The developer will work with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver secure, reliable services and integrate external systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and web services using ASP.NET Core and C#.
- Translate business requirements into well-documented technical solutions.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and resolve defects.
- Improve API security, performance, and reliability.
- Maintain API specifications and technical documentation.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of software development experience, with strong hands-on ASP.NET Core, C#, and Web API development.
- Strong OOP, design patterns, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and/or MongoDB.
- Experience with Azure or AWS, Docker, and Git.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; Agile/Scrum experience preferred.
