Experience

• 10+ years of overall experience in SAP HCM Functional Payroll
• Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience in any one specific country payroll
  

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll
• Good knowledge of Payroll Configuration
• Strong experience in Payroll Schemas
• Hands-on experience in Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs)
• Ability to analyze payroll requirements and configure solutions based on business needs
• Experience in payroll processing, issue resolution, and troubleshooting
• Good understanding of payroll processes and integration with other SAP HCM modules
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with business/technical teams
• Must have good communication skills.
