Urgent Hiring - Sales Team Lead

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Generate new B2B leads and business opportunities.
• Identify new markets, industries, and potential clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Conduct product demos and handle client negotiations.
• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Set sales KPIs and monitor team performance.
• Train and mentor sales executives.
• Support the team in handling objections and closing high-value deals.
• Coordinate with digital marketing, technical, and project teams.
• Track sales pipeline and prepare regular sales reports.
• Collect customer feedback and help improve products and services.

Preferred Candidate

Graduate/MBA with 36 years of sales experience, including 12 years in a team leadership role, preferably in IT Services, SaaS, Web Development, or Digital Products. Strong B2B sales, lead generation, negotiation, team management, and client-handling skills required. Good English and Hindi communication preferred.
