URGENT HIRING BDE | B2C Field Sales | Client Acquisition

We are hiring for a Business Development Executive (BDE) role with a leading security services company.

Location: Hyderabad & Bangalore
Experience: 5 to 10 Years
Interview: Face-to-Face

Role: BDE Open Market / Client Acquisition

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or 15Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through open market visits, references, events and networking
• Acquire new B2C customers / clients
• Drive direct field sales and achieve monthly targets
• Conduct customer meetings and product demonstrations
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory

Candidate Profile:

• 5 to 10 years of B2C / Field Sales experience
• Strong open-market sales and client acquisition experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset
• Willingness to work in field sales
• Experience in Consumer Durables, Telecom, Fintech, EdTech, Home Security or related industries preferred
