• 100% Leads will be provided by branch.
• Generate new business through direct sales of Life Insurance products.
• Identify prospective customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, terms, and conditions to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Conduct customer meetings and follow up on sales leads.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Convert leads into successful policy sales.
• Assist customers with proposal forms, documentation, and policy issuance.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
• Ensure timely premium payments and support policy persistency.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM system.
• Follow company policies, sales processes, and applicable IRDAI regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate.
• Only Experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication & convincing skills.
• Comfortable with field work and local travel.
• Smartphone with internet required.
