Urgent Hiring - Production Incharge

Role & responsibilities

• Handle daily production operations and manufacturing activities
• Monitor batch manufacturing process and production schedules
• Manage production manpower and shift operations efficiently
• Maintain production records, reports, and documentation
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Coordinate with QA/QC and maintenance departments
• Monitor productivity and minimize production downtime
• Ensure proper utilization of machinery and resources
• Maintain discipline and smooth workflow in production areas

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduation in B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry preferred)
• Candidates from Chemical or Pharmaceutical background will be preferred
• 5+ years experience in Chemical or Pharmaceutical Industry
• Strong knowledge of production handling and batch manufacturing
• Experience in manpower management and shift supervision
• Understanding of safety procedures and quality standards
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills
• Ability to handle pressure and manage production targets effectively
