URGENT HIRING PLANT HEAD FORGING

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical / Production / Metallurgical Engineering (Mandatory)

Experience: 07 -12 years of relevant experience in Steel Forging / Heavy Engineering / Manufacturing, including strong experience in managing complete plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete forging plant operations from production to dispatch.
  • Achieve production, quality, cost and delivery targets.
  • Optimize manpower, machinery and production processes.
  • Drive productivity improvement and reduce rejection/rework.
  • Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, PPC and Stores teams.
  • Ensure plant safety, discipline and statutory compliance.
  • Lead and develop the plant team for continuous improvement.

Mandatory Requirement: Strong hands-on experience in Steel Forging Plant Operations with proven plant leadership experience.
