Urgent Hiring OT Pharmacy Incharge @ Kailash Hospital Noida Sec. 27

Job Role:-

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Operation Theatre (OT) Pharmacy.
• Ensure timely availability of medicines, surgical consumables, and emergency drugs for all OT procedures.
• Maintain adequate stock levels and monitor minimum and maximum inventory.
• Issue medicines and consumables to OT staff as per authorized requisitions.
• Maintain proper records of stock receipts, issues, returns, and consumption.
• Monitor expiry dates, batch numbers, and storage conditions of medicines and consumables.
• Ensure proper storage of high-alert medicines, LASA drugs, and controlled drugs as per hospital policy.
• Coordinate with OT, Nursing, Pharmacy, Purchase, and Stores departments for uninterrupted supplies.
• Monitor daily consumption and ensure timely replenishment of OT pharmacy stock.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Minimize wastage, expiry losses, and unnecessary consumption of medicines and consumables.
• Ensure compliance with hospital pharmacy policies, medication safety protocols, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Maintain records of emergency drugs, implants, and procedure-specific consumables, wherever applicable.
• Prepare daily/monthly reports on stock, consumption, shortages, and expiry items.
• Supervise OT pharmacy staff and ensure adherence to duty rosters and standard operating procedures.
• Support internal audits, quality assessments, and corrective actions related to OT pharmacy operations.
