Join us in Gurugram as a Customer Support Executive. You will manage customer interactions through digital channels, ensuring high-quality resolution and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer queries in real-time via chat and email platforms.
• Maintain professional grammar, tone, and formatting in all written communication.
• Meet key performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction scores.
• Processes a high volume of customer inquiries of services and resolves a targeted percentage of those inquiries through chat.
• Troubleshoots customer problems, identifies the root cause of the problem and uses tools and resources appropriately to determine how to resolve customer problems.
• When unable to resolve problems in a reasonable amount of time, will escalate to appropriate resource. Follows up on escalated issues with coaching and mentoring to learn appropriate solution and expand overall knowledge.
• Tracks and documents inbound support requests and ensures proper notation of customer problems or issues Processes a high volume of customer inquiries of services and resolves a targeted percentage of those inquiries through chat.

Education and Experience:

• UG or Graduate can apply & minimum 6 months experience in Chat is mandatory.

Logistics and Transport:

• Cab Facility: Available within a 28 KM radius.
• Geographic Constraint: Candidates must reside within the operational cab zone.
• Remote Work: This is strictly an on-site role, not open to remote candidates.
