Were seeking a Nursing In-Charge to lead the frontline of care at our Gurgaon center. This role goes beyond supervisionyou will be the heartbeat of our clinical operations, the anchor for our residents wellbeing, and the guide for your nursing team. If you're experienced in Home Critical Care (HCC) and thrive in high-responsibility environments, this is your calling.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the nursing and caregiving staff with empathy and efficiency
  
• Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure protocol compliance
  
• Maintain accurate duty rosters, health assessments, and care records
  
• Coordinate effectively with doctors, therapists, and external specialists
  
• Be the point of contact for familiesoffering reassurance, updates, and support
  
• Respond to emergencies with calm, capable decision-making
  
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and patient dignity
  
• Coach and mentor new and junior nurses for skill and confidence development
  

What Were Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of clinical nursing experience (preferably in elder care or HCC settings)
  
• Proven leadership in a Nursing In-Charge or supervisory role
  
• Registered Nurse (GNM/B.Sc Nursing) with current license
  
• Strong knowledge of Home Critical Care (HCC) protocols and practices
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  
• Deeply empathetic with a heart for service and a mind for quality
  
• Willingness to stay on-site and commit to 12-hour shifts
