Tata 1mg Hiring | L&D Executive / Trainer

Role: Learning & Development Retail Training
Experience: 4–8 Years
Industry: Pharma/Healthcare preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive 97%+ monthly training coverage across assigned stores.
• Ensure 100% attendance of target employees in planned sessions.
• Conduct in-person training, OJT, simulations and role plays.
• Conduct mandatory store visits across the assigned span.
• Deliver pharma, behavioral and process training.
• Maintain training MIS, attendance, assessments and feedback and submit reports on T+3 basis.
• Coordinate with store/business teams to identify and close training gaps.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Prior experience in training and content delivery.
• Experience in pharma, behavioral and process training.
• Pharma/Healthcare industry experience highly preferred.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
