Urgent Hiring || International Voice Process || Gurugram Location

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions through voice and non-voice channels.
• Communicate with international customers via calls, emails, and chat.
• Understand customer requirements and resolve issues professionally within defined timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the required systems.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
• Meet assigned targets related to productivity, customer satisfaction, and quality.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Key Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Good listening and comprehension abilities.
• Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Ability to handle international customers professionally.
• Good typing skills for non-voice processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Undergraduates and graduates from any stream can apply.
• Freshers are eligible; prior BPO/customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Candidates with good English communication and interpersonal skills will be preferred.
• Should be comfortable working from the Gurugram office.
• Should be flexible with rotational shifts and weekly offs.
• Candidates who are customer-oriented, confident, punctual, and eager to build a career in the international BPO industry are preferred.

Salary: 19,000 to 30,000 per month
