International Sales Representative

Policybazaar is looking for energetic, ambitious, and customer-focused professionals to join our International Sales Team. Key Responsibilities

• Connect with international customers through outbound voice calls.
  
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
  
• Convert qualified leads into successful sales while achieving monthly targets.
  
• Build long-term customer relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  
• Update customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  
• Meet quality standards and achieve individual sales KPIs.
  

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 04 years in International Sales, International Voice Process, BPO, Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or any customer-facing sales role.
  
• Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply.
  
• Graduate in any discipline.
  
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
  
• Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts (if applicable).
  
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow.
