About this role
Benzeen Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and results-driven Voice Sales Agent with experience handling U.S. customers. In this role, the ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a customer-first mindset, strong sales skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Role & responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and outbound sales calls for U.S.-based customers via phone, chat, and email.
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding customer needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Assist customers with auto parts information, pricing, availability, and order placement.
- Identify sales opportunities by recommending relevant products and services.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with finance, inventory, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Handle customer objections professionally and close sales in accordance with company policies and quality standards.
Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 0-5 years of experience in an international voice process, sales or customer service role.
- Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, neutral American accent.
- Basic knowledge of automobiles and auto parts is an added advantage.
- Ready to work in night shift aligned with U.S. business hours.
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
