CADCAMGURU Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and hands-on Industrial Automation Trainer / Faculty to join our team.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver classroom and hands-on training in Industrial Automation
• Train students on PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Sensors and Industrial
Communication
• Conduct practical sessions, demonstrations and project-based
learning
• Simplify complex technical concepts and make learning application-
oriented
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support
• Mentor and motivate students towards career readiness
• Maintain training documentation and contribute to continuous
improvement

Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of Industrial Automation systems and applications
• Hands-on experience with PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Sensors &
Instrumentation
• Good communication, presentation and training skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner
• Strong mentoring and interpersonal skills
• Passion for teaching and student development

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in:
Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering / Industrial Automation or related disciplines
