We are seeking an experienced and professional Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage daily restaurant operations efficiently.

Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain service standards.

Ensure excellent guest experience and handle customer complaints professionally.

Monitor inventory, stock control, wastage, and operating costs.

Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and applicable bar licensing regulations.

Monitor sales, revenue, cash handling, and daily operational reports.

Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in restaurant management.

Hotel Management degree/diploma is mandatory.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Knowledge of inventory management, billing, sales, and cost control.

Ability to handle customer relations and resolve operational issues professionally
