Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and proactive HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements and prepare suitable recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate compensation and support candidates through the offer and joining process.
• Conduct reference checks and complete required recruitment documentation.
• Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of job portals and LinkedIn recruitment.
• Ability to screen resumes and assess candidates against job requirements.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Ability to work with multiple vacancies and meet hiring timelines.

Qualifications

• PUC / 12th
• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.

• Interview-to-selection ratio.
• Offer acceptance and joining ratio.
