HomeBazaar is looking for an organized and proactive HR Admin to manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic HR knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Job role- HR Admin

HR Responsibilities

• Maintain employee attendance and leave records
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups
• Assist in onboarding and employee documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Coordinate joining formalities and induction processes
• Support employee engagement activities
• Assist in payroll inputs and HR reporting

Administrative Responsibilities

• Manage daily office administration activities
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers
• Ensure office maintenance and housekeeping management
• Maintain office stationery and inventory records
• Handle courier and office correspondence
• Support management with administrative documentation
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in HR, Management, or a related field
• 4-8 years of relevant HR/Admin experience preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
• Professional attitude with good organizational skills
