• Employee Relations and Culture:

environment.

• Manage complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to senior

leaders.

• HR Policy and Compliance:
• Ensure that HR policies and practices are aligned with legal requirements and best

practices.

• Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations, providing guidance on employment

law matters.

• HR Metrics and Reporting:
• Utilize HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
• Prepare and present reports to the executive team on HR performance, including key
