Role: HR Compliance

Experience: 0-3 years

Location: Bangalore (Devanahalli/ Indira Nagar)

Key Responsibilities

The resources will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR and statutory compliance activities, with particular focus on:

• Shops & Establishments compliance
• Factory compliance
• Payroll statutory compliances
• PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund and other applicable statutory compliances
• Maintenance and verification of statutory registers and records
• Preparation and filing of statutory returns
• Compliance audits and closure of observations
• Tracking licences, registrations, renewals and statutory submissions
• Supporting statutory inspections and related documentation
• Coordinating with clients and internal teams for compliance requirements
• Liaising with government departments and statutory authorities, wherever required
• Following up on pending compliance matters and ensuring timely closure
• Maintaining proper compliance evidence and documentation
• Keeping track of regulatory changes and supporting implementation of new requirements

Candidate Profile

We are specifically looking for candidates with:

• MSW / MBA-HR qualification
• Practical knowledge of labour and employment compliances
• Good understanding of Shops & Establishments and Factory compliances
• Exposure to payroll statutory compliances
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Good liaisoning and stakeholder-management abilities
• Confidence to interact directly with client representatives
• Ability to coordinate with statutory authorities / government offices
• Strong follow-up skills and ability to independently manage assigned activities
• Willingness to travel to client locations or government offices as required
