Urgent Hiring | Hospital Billing

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process inpatient and outpatient bills.
• Verify patient billing details, charges, packages, and discounts.
• Coordinate with various hospital departments for billing-related requirements.
• Handle cash, card, online payments, and other billing transactions as applicable.
• Coordinate with patients and attendants regarding billing queries.
• Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with TPA/insurance teams where required.
• Ensure timely closure and settlement of patient bills.
• Follow hospital billing policies and procedures.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of hospital billing processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
