Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through international voice calls, emails, and chat support.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain professional communication with international customers.
• Resolve customer issues within the defined turnaround time.
• Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
• Achieve assigned performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Key Skills Required
