Experience: Fresher or 6 Months Maximum
Shift: Night Shift

We are hiring for the Customer Support Blended Process for Apprentice. Gurgaon. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with good communication skills who are passionate about customer service.
Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate candidates are eligible to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally and resolve issues effectively.
• Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Must be comfortable with the hybrid work model.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Graduate Freshers: 19,500 per month.
• Work Mode: Hybrid
• Night Shift Allowance
• Location: Gurgaon
• Working Days: 5 days a week
• Shift Timings: Rotational shifts
