Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vise President to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, managing high-performing teams, and building strong client relationships to ensure the company achieves its business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team and track performance.

Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales managers and executives.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the teams product knowledge, negotiation skills, and customer service.
• Establish a performance-driven culture through clear KPIs and incentives.
